HIGH-SPEED TARGET DRONES FOR MODERN AIR DEFENCE
An Estonian engineering venture developing high-speed unmanned platforms for air-defence testing, training and counter-UAS validation — strengthening Estonia's and its allies' defensive capabilities.
AIR DEFENCE NEEDS REALISTIC TARGETS
Counter-UAS and air-defence systems can only be trusted when they are tested against representative aerial threats. Droonilabor is developing high-speed unmanned target platforms that enable defence organisations to test sensors, validate systems and train operators under increasingly realistic conditions.
Fully autonomous
Onboard flight control, telemetry and ground-station systems built for autonomous high-speed flight.
Self-reliant
Built in Estonia — reducing dependence on foreign suppliers and keeping engineering know-how local.
ENGINEERED THROUGH ITERATION
Every prototype is developed through simulation, physical testing and flight data. Each test improves the models that guide the next iteration.

Üliõpilaste inseneri valdkonna arendusprojektide toetuse raames on MTÜ Droonilabor saanud toetuse 100 000€ ulatuses 2026. aastal projekti Sonic Dynamics raames.
Projekti eesmärkideks on:
- Arendada autonoomselt lendav, reaktiivmootoriga deltatiivaline mehitamata prototüüp;
- Innustada noori inseneriteadust õppima ning tugevdada Eesti kaitsetehnoloogia arendusvõimekust;
- Luua Eestisse suure kiiruse ja mootoriarenduse oskusteave;
Projekti rahastatakse riigieelarvest teadus- ja arendustegevuse rahastamise vahenditest.
